NEW BRAUNFELS, TX

Since 2008, Billy's Ice has been a staple in the New Braunfels community and that tradition continues today.  Originally a drive thru convenience store, Billy's Ice came to life from the vision of Bill Sisoian to create a friendly bar with ice cold beer - hence Billy's Ice (not Ice House, even if we get called that all the time) - where good friends could meet to enjoy live music and delicious refreshment among good company. With the help of his son, Nick, Billy's Ice became a community fixture when it came time to raising money for causes ranging from cancer patients to flood victims to veterans and everything in between. Over $1,000,000 has been raised at events hosted by Billy's Ice that better our community. And we aren't done yet!

In May of 2018, Nick and Billy sold Billy's Ice to Bob Wilson, however the vision remained the same and Billy's Ice continued to be a place where you can meet friendly people and enjoy ice cold beer while listening to great live music.

In August of 2023, Bob Wilson sold Billy’s Ice to his son, Adam, and his two partners, John Coker & Peter James. With a diverse background in bar management, music & entertainment marketing, and legal services, the three current owners are excited to carry the legacy left by Bill, Nick, & Bob to maintain Billy’s Ice as the premier music venue for the local music industry and staple fundraising advocate for our community.
